Basic package - 24 Weeks
24 week basic package includes either personalized nutrition and cardio OR strength and cardio programming, weekly progress check-ins, and individualized coaching.
- All plans are custom made for each client based on client goals
- Prep includes an accountability check-in every Monday in the client portal with Loom video and or written feedback
- Plans are adjusted on a weekly basis or every 4 weeks as needed
- Access to coach client messaging system in the client portal
- Access to resources in the client portal that includes items such as the Getting Started Guide, Tips for Competition, Packing List and Peak Week Reminders, Cookbook, Yoga links, Glute Activation examples, HIIT cardio examples etc.
- Access to team communication on GroupMe to provide community and additional support
