- Prep includes an accountability check-in every Monday in the client portal with Loom video and or written feedback
- Weight training, nutrition, cardio and supplementation suggestions customized to client's goals and body type
- Plans are adjusted on a weekly basis or every 4 weeks as needed
- Access to coach client messaging system in the client portal
- Weekly phone consultations available on 1st come 1st serve basis with ongoing guidance and support via the client portal
- Access to resources in the client portal that includes items such as the Getting Started Guide, Tips for Competition, Packing List and Peak Week Reminders, Cookbook, Yoga links, Glute Activation examples, HIIT cardio examples etc.
- Individualized posing and presentation classes Spring, Summer and Fall sessions for 30 mins each week at 10 weeks out
- 30 min 1:1 Posing is offered via FaceTime, Zoom or in person if applicable (Kansas/Missouri residents) *appointments required on a 1st come 1st serve basis
- Access to a Fit3D Scan and assessments once a month
- Access to a once a year EMG test *appointments are required and client is responsible for the gym access fees
- Help with show selection and show planning
- Guidance on suit, tan, heel, and jewelry selection as well as show hair and make-up and advice
