$275 every 4 weeks

The Basic Month to Month includes either personalized nutrition, strength training and cardio programming. Weekly progress check-ins, and individualized coaching and feedback.


  • All plans are custom made for each client based on client goals
  • Package includes an accountability check-in every week in the client portal with Loom video and or written feedback
  • Weight training, nutrition, cardio suggestions will customized to client's goals and body type
  • Plans are adjusted on a weekly basis or every 4 weeks as needed
  • Access to coach client messaging system in the client portal


Upon the month to month purchase the customer agrees to give a 30 day notice prior to the next draft. The customer agrees to commit to the month to month drafts for a total of 12 weeks..
