The Basic month to month includes access to client check-ins and either Nutrition/Cardio Plans OR Weight Training/Cardio Plans
$275 every 4 weeks
The Basic Month to Month includes either personalized nutrition and cardio OR strength training and cardio programming. Weekly progress check-ins, and individualized coaching and feedback.
- All plans are custom made for each client based on client goals
- Package includes an accountability check-in every Monday in the client portal with Loom video and or written feedback
- Weight training, nutrition, cardio suggestions will customized to client's goals and body type
- Plans are adjusted on a weekly basis or every 4 weeks as needed
- Access to coach client messaging system in the client portal
