VIP Competition prep including personalized nutrition, cardio, and strength suggestions, weekly progress check-ins, and individualized posing and presentation coaching.


  • All plans are custom made for each client based on client goals
  • includes an accountability check-in every week in the client portal with Loom video and or written feedback
  • Weight training, nutrition, cardio and supplementation suggestions customized to client's goals and body type
  • Plans are adjusted on a weekly basis or every 4 weeks as needed
  • Access to coach client messaging system in the client portal
  • Weekly phone consultations available on 1st come 1st serve basis with ongoing guidance and support via the client portal
  • Access to resources in the client portal that includes items such as the Getting Started Guide, Tips for Competition, Packing List and Peak Week Reminders, Cookbook, Yoga links, Glute Activation examples, HIIT cardio examples etc.


Upon the month to month purchase the customer agrees to give a 30 day notice prior to the next draft and agrees to commit to the program for 16 weeks.
